GUIDELINES FOR REQUESTING GRANTS FROM ADVOCACY AND CARING FOR CHILDREN
Priority will be given to Catholic Community Services Programs of Western Washington.
Priority will be given to programs that have a proven record of effective service to children and their families.
Programs may apply on an annual basis. ACC Board-approved grants cover a twelve-month period.
Grant awards are generally capped at $10,000 per year, per program.
ACC will accept grant requests for new programs as well as existing programs.
Grant requests should address how children and families will benefit from ACC funding.
The recommendations of the funding review committee must be approved by the ACC Board.
Each applicant must qualify as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
The project must serve children and families of Western Washington in keeping with the mission of ACC: Advocacy and Caring for Children, a volunteer organization, provides funding and advocacy for Western Washington children and families in need, regardless of race or creed.
Advocacy and Caring for Children (ACC) is a group of committed women who support a network of programs focused on the needs of underserved children and families in an effort to improve their quality of life. For over 100 years, ACC members have remained faithful to the needs of children and families by providing financial and volunteer resources through steadfast partnerships with organizations across Western Washington.
