Friends and Supporters,
On October 20, 2021, Advocacy and Caring for Children (ACC) will once again host our annual Celebrate the Children fundraiser as a virtual campaign. When making the decision about this year’s event, we were unsure of what restrictions may still be in place. Although the state of Washington has opened up, we will continue virtually. This pandemic has touched so many families and our most vulnerable need your help now more than ever.
It is our hope that you will support us in ACC’s mission to improve the lives of underserved children and families across Western Washington. We cannot wait to see all of you in person in 2022!
This past year ACC has supported over 24 organizations with $220,000 in funds impacting thousands of Western Washington families needing assistance with housing, education, adoption, meals, or infant care. Originating in 1918, ACC is the oldest women’s charity in Washington and originally inspired the creation of Catholic Community Services, the largest private social service agency in the State of Washington.
This year's fundraising target is $125,000. We are excited to share our new video with you on October 20th, when you will have an opportunity to donate to support children and families during this trying time.
Thank you for sharing in our vision and helping us carry out ACC's 100-year tradition of service and compassion.
